Job Title: Entry-Level Accounting Specialist

Pacific Office Automation is a leading provider of document imaging and technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with various accounting functions, including accounts receivable and bank statement oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, be highly attentive to details, and possess problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry across multiple databases
  • Provide internal customer service
  • Maintain spreadsheets for cost analysis reviews
  • Assist sales representatives and management with various duties
  • File, copy, and scan documents
  • Schedule equipment and software deliveries, moves, and pickups
  • Audit and create invoices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of accounting experience
  • 0-3 years' experience in accounting or related field
