About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to oversee the ACT program, providing high-intensity behavioral health services in a community setting. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the systematic provision of treatment and social services, and fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Human Services or a related field and a relevant mental health licensure. A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly with severe and persistent mental illness, is required. Experience in supervising and managing SA/MH services within diverse settings and populations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
This role entails assessing, treating, and discharging clients, as well as communicating effectively with staff, consumers, families, and external resources. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with referral sources, stakeholders, payors, and TMACT.

What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
