Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Christian Children's Home of Ohio. As an Outpatient Therapist/Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family mental health counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment plans.
  • Conduct mental health assessments, including accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in peer review, supervision, and quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, with independent licensure preferred.
  • Supervisory experience or designation welcomed.
