We're seeking a self-motivated Life Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Lam Agency. As a remote Insurance Agent, you'll have the opportunity to earn immediate income and build your own business by leveraging our proven lead-based model.

Role Overview:

As a remote life insurance sales professional, you'll have the opportunity to earn immediate income and build your own business by leveraging our proven lead-based model. Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere while tapping into unlimited income potential and getting paid as quickly as 24 hours after making a sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our turn-key system to quickly close life insurance applications.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline the sales & recruiting process and maximize efficiency through automation.
  • Work independently to manage your schedule and prioritize income-producing activities.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously optimize strategies and drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Able to Work in The United States.
  • Open, Honest, Ethical & Productive Communication.
  • Have a Positive Proactive Attitude.
  • Basic Computer skills, Comfortable making Outbound Calls (No Cold Calling).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic remote environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
