Job Overview:
We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing significant financial strategies within the company, collaborating closely with various department leaders and senior management to establish budgets and assess departmental requirements, as well as making critical purchasing decisions.
Your responsibilities will also include setting financial objectives for different divisions, generating sales forecasts, implementing innovative financial strategies and policies, and partnering with financial analysts to guarantee the company maintains robust financial health.
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience managing extensive corporate finances and accounts, demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, and have the ability to view the broader organizational context beyond individual departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to corporate finance policies, guiding the local finance team to ensure efficient finance and accounting operations.
Guarantee that bookkeeping tasks are completed punctually and with precision.
Compile monthly performance and financial reports, conducting relevant analyses on financial outcomes. These reports must be submitted to the corporate group by the 7th of the subsequent month.
Collaborate with the Group finance team on annual budgeting, internal and external audits, reporting analysis, and daily financial operations.
Engage in cross-functional communication with the operations team to ensure compliance with standard finance policies. Offer professional insights to the operations team as necessary.
Oversee and protect company assets, including cash and bank accounts, inventory, and fixed assets.
Ensure accurate local tax submissions and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
More than 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles; experience in a management position is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting software, and office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Practical and analytical thinker with strong cross-functional communication skills.
