- Utilize NetSuite for various financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to provide insights into our financial performance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure to identify areas for process improvements.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on billing, cash applications, and B2B collections.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of the accounts receivable process and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
