**Job Summary:**

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas. The goal is to keep the facility in a clean, attractive condition.

**Essential Job Functions:**

1. Prepare and transport cleaning supplies to assigned areas.

2. Gather trash, clean waste baskets, and restock as needed.

3. Clean and disinfect toilets, basins, and fixtures.

4. Clean and sanitize resident rooms, perform general pick-up, and restock areas.

5. Clean and shine inside windows, vacuum window treatments, and dust surfaces.

6. Dry sweep or mop floors, wet mop according to policy, and report maintenance repairs.

7. Follow safety policies and practices.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

1. Perform laundry duties as assigned, including collecting, separating, washing, drying, folding, and re-delivering.

2. Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate honesty and integrity, and show respect to residents, visitors, and coworkers.

3. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, and communicate effectively.

4. Work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, and keep the work environment neat and clean.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

1. 1 year of experience in housekeeping.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.
