About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing sales team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and services, including the latest devices and personalized services that bring friends, families, and communities closer together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Meet sales targets and earn commissions by selling AT&T's full suite of products and services.
  • Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a bilingual Spanish speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we'll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to succeed.
