Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Controls Technician to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems associated with our Sewerage Conveyance/Collection System and treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation and control systems, including electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic devices.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
  • Update operating and maintenance documents, including hard copy and software.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Work independently or with outside engineers and vendors to install, start up, and test new control systems.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronics technology field.
  • Knowledge of computer/control systems, including digital logic.
  • Ability to read schematics and process and instrumentation drawings.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems.
