About the Role

Campus Life & Style is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students from our property to the university in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company shuttle in a safe and practical manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) endorsement and comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism, quality of workmanship, and personal appearance.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning, washing, fueling, and sweeping of the vehicle.
  • Assist Maintenance staff with work orders and other duties as needed.
  • Participate in a prompt and effective snow removal program as needed to ensure safety and minimize liability.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license with a CDL endorsement.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a dynamic team while having a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a creative approach to meeting the needs of residents and the company.
  • Strong accounting skills and ability to read and decipher resident ledgers.
  • Ability to lift objects in excess of 50 pounds and move heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
