Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our administrative and operational management. This pivotal mid-level management role will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with health plan requirements, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Management:
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to optimize workflow and ensure quality care.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure accurate billing processes.
  • Staff Supervision and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Overseas Team Management:
  • Train, supervise, and manage the performance of an overseas team.
  • Financial Management:
  • Implement strategies to optimize revenue generation.
  • Coordinate billing processes and collections.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and health plan requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation on claims to meet health plan guidelines.
  • Patient Relations:
  • Develop patient engagement initiatives and coordinate outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Business Development, Operations, Facilities/Property Management, and Marketing:
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize efforts.
  • Manage business tenants, facilities, buildings, and property.
  • Workflow Optimization:
  • Establish workflows and ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and refine processes to maintain high standards of care and service.
Requirements:
  • A combination of relevant experience and/or education (open to both).
  • Previous experience in medical practice management is required.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, health plan requirements, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize revenue generation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Experience is a plus
