  • Orient patients on safety protocols and provide facility directions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with back-office staff to ensure timely patient care.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience (required).
  • Medical terminology knowledge (desired).
**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate
**Schedule:** Weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 8am - 5pm)
