Role Responsibilities

This Energy Conservation Engineer Lead position involves working closely with our development team to identify and evaluate opportunities for energy and water conservation, efficiency, or renewable technology. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to prepare conceptual and detailed engineering design and bid documents, cost estimates, drawings, and specifications for energy and water efficient technologies and/or renewable technologies;
  • Providing engineering guidance throughout development, construction, project commissioning, and operations;
  • Executing project implementation that meets company objectives, financial parameters, and technical needs required to deliver customer energy cost savings;

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of energy and water savings calculations, modeling, and renewable energy technologies, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to self-start project tasks and work proactively.

An estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
