We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions on sprinkler systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer requirements
- Perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs
- Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in unusual positions
- 5 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight travel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to maintain truck inventory and ensure timely response to customer needs
