Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in European vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Inspect vehicles for wear and tear, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with the service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on European vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and software.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
