Clausen Miller PC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of litigation experience in casualty defense, premises liability, and automobile liability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands;
  • Participate in the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents;
  • Conduct thorough legal research;
  • Represent the firm in court.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in New York;
  • Excellent academic background and strong reading, writing, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and professional development opportunities.
