Clausen Miller PC Seeks Associate Attorney

Clausen Miller PC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of litigation experience in casualty defense, premises liability, and automobile liability.

The Associate Attorney will work closely with a Senior Partner on each case assigned, assisting with drafting legal documents, administering depositions, and performing legal research. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong reading, writing, and communication skills, and be licensed to practice law in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery demands;
  • Administer depositions and issue interrogatories;
  • Perform legal research and analysis;
  • Make court appearances as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and professional development opportunities. A hybrid schedule is acceptable.
