Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical programs, providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship to our therapists, and collaborating with other medical and service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to improve client outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers to maintain continuity of care and ensure prescription fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with other medical and service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training, coaching, and feedback.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification.
  • Active QBS Safety Care Certification.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Leadership capabilities, including excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to set and meet deadlines.
  • Supports and contributes to a collaborative team environment.
