Overview

At CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of medical imaging. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient experiences and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
  • Perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs.
  • Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and serve as a role model for other associate technologists.
  • Act as a clinical resource to students, staff technologists, and other hospital personnel.
  • Assure current standards of practice for the unit.
Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging to include Surgery and Trauma as required.
  • One year post-certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology-R.T. (R) (ARRT) required.
  • Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required.
