About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at the Seraphine boutique located on Damen Ave in Chicago. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences for customers that build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a clean and organized store
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, client engagement, and operational excellence
  • Model flexibility and reliability by working varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in maternity wear and/or intimates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing and walking for extended periods
  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
