**Job Title:** Heavy Lift Helicopter Structures Technician

**Estimated Salary:** $52/hour (total comp) + up to 5 days per diem at $166/day, OT $56/hr

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Aviation Sheet Metal Repair Specialist to join our team in a heavy lift helicopter fleet MRO and rebuild hangar environment. The successful candidate will work on Boeing CH-47 airframes, primarily Model 107 and 234 firefighting and heavy-lift utility helicopters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review task cards and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to remove, inspect, fabricate replacement parts, repair, reassemble, and document maintenance actions.
  • Perform frequent removal and installation of standard and blind rivets.
  • Drill, ream, and rivet to close tolerance with attention to detail.


**Requirements:**
  • 4+ years of experience in aircraft sheet metal structures repair.
  • Experience fabricating parts.
  • Proficiency in using basic and specialty sheet metal tools.
