Job Summary

Falcon Manufacturing is a leading custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our Wire-Machine-Tubing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain manual drill press, lathe, and milling machine equipment
  • Set up production for colleagues and run repetitive production parts as needed
  • Interpret engineering drawings and measure parts to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AIM CNC Wire Bending and Pneumatic tabletop wire bending
  • Experience with pemserter machine and ability to meet productivity standards
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more
  • Dependable, energetic, and eager to learn
