Powder Coating Specialist

Falcon Manufacturing is a leading custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components.

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying powder paint consistently to work pieces, inspecting finished parts for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply powder paint to work pieces using advanced equipment
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Load and unload paint powder as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Run repetitive production parts with high efficiency
• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in powder painting
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in operating powder guns to properly coat parts
• Ability to meet productivity standards and work efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more
• Dependable and energetic with a strong work ethic
