Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students, promoting their independence and self-confidence
  • Maintain a safe and organized learning environment that reflects the principles of Montessori education
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a strong partnership in their child's education
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education Units
  • Interest in pursuing certified Montessori training through our Prepared Montessorian Institute (fully-sponsored) or have previously obtained a Montessori diploma
  • Experience working as a Teacher Assistant or Lead Teacher with children ages 0-3 in a group setting such as daycare, aftercare, or nursery
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori and/or open to learning more
  • Earned a Bachelor's Degree (any subject)
