Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team as a traveling specialist. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, acquiring and processing patient studies, and maintaining accurate and complete daily records.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, including acquiring and processing patient studies
- Set up reading for physicians and maintain accurate and complete daily records
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nuclear medicine technologies and procedures
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
- BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
- At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine (Certified Nuclear Medicine)
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families
