Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our Water and Environmental Business Line, you will lead or support the conceptualization, design, and construction administration of water/wastewater infrastructure projects across the region.

Project Involvement:

  • Participate in and lead project teams in the planning, design, and construction administration of municipal and industrial water and wastewater infrastructure facilities.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region periodically to help serve our client base.
  • Client interaction, presentations, and project coordination.
  • Coordinating projects assignments and tasks with technical staff and partners across multiple disciplines including developing and implementing study and design standards, leading progress meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking project schedules.
  • Coordinating work activities and communicating with various municipalities and governmental regulating agencies.
  • Oversee construction contract management and observation services.
  • Preparation of reports and permit applications.
  • Demonstrate professional technical writing and verbal skills.
  • Involvement in the engineering industry in general and especially in the water/wastewater industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's Degree preferred. 5-10+ years of experience required in water/wastewater discipline, particularly as a water/wastewater engineer designing (study, plans, and specifications) water and/or wastewater infrastructure (i.e., treatment and collection/distribution projects).

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location. We offer a comprehensive benefits program, which includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, our tax-deferred 401(K) savings plan, and the opportunity to incentive compensation for eligible positions.
