Your Role

As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate lab records.

  • Assisting with high-volume processing and laboratory services, including specimen collection and testing.

  • Handling billing and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

  • Preparing patients for examinations, taking vital signs, and assisting physicians with medical treatments and procedures.

  • Managing inventory of medical supplies and maintaining exam rooms with necessary equipment and materials.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program.

  • A minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced medical environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

  • A firm grasp of medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies.

  • Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
