We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ChristianaCare, a leading healthcare organization in the region. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Maryland or compact state.
  • Associates Nursing Degree, BSN preferred.
  • Two years experience required, Acute Care preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS and PALS preferred – must get within 1 year of service.
  • CEN preferred.
