Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients on the 3B General Medical Unit.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
- Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
- BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date.
- At least one year of experience in acute care or sub-acute care.
- BLS required.
