About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement physician orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, utilizing your expertise to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to create comprehensive Plans of Care that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Demonstrate sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions, prioritizing safety and quality above all else.
