Location: Wilmer, TX
As an Equipment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the factory's production machinery and facilities, while continuously enhancing your maintenance skills and expertise.
* Performing routine and scheduled evaluations of production machinery to ensure peak performance and mitigate potential failures.
* Adhering to safety protocols, maintenance guidelines, and installation standards to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Timely and accurately documenting and reporting the operational and maintenance status of equipment systems.
* Addressing and repairing reported equipment malfunctions, ensuring high-quality and efficient maintenance work.
* Following established work rules and processes, and implementing standardized safety measures.
* Completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors and collaborating effectively with team members and other departments.
* Maintaining equipment to prolong its lifespan and enhance its utilization rate.
* Holding an associate degree or higher in machinery, electronics, automation, or a related discipline.
* Possessing a minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience, ideally with solar modules or semiconductor production machinery.
* Demonstrating proficiency in office software and AUTOCAD.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range: Between $85,000 - $90,000 per year
*The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific responsibilities, and certifications.
