Gordon Food Service is seeking a Part Time Food Production Associate to join our team. As a Part Time Food Production Associate, you will be responsible for preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps, and following all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
  • Juicing: preparing ingredients used to create beverages for customers
  • Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Filling in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production areas during down times
  • Using Rotisserie Oven to cook up to 3 times per day
  • Utilizing a broaster, to cook chicken tenders, chicken wings, or other chicken items, fish and potato wedges as needed
  • Taking temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods
  • Changing oil in broasters
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Able to provide superior customer service
  • Able to multitask
  • Work on your own or within a team
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
