About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Systems Integrity Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling repair work identified during contracted fire and life safety system inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to customers, following up on quotes and gaining commitment over the phone.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding systems integrity issues, recommendations, and solutions.
  • Maintain and update an inspection deficiency tracking system daily, reporting progress and metrics to management weekly and monthly.
  • Deliver sales to an assigned quota, acting as the primary point of contact for customers with identified systems integrity issues.
  • Interface effectively with the service department to ensure delivery and improved service repairs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, and web-based programs
  • Highly motivated and success-driven
  • Ability to successfully close sales with a positive customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fire Suppression Industry experience preferred
  • Administrative experience a plus
  • High customer phone call background, with an emphasis on telephone prospecting
  • Administration background
  • Mechanical or electrical field service experience
