Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline, coupled with five years of relevant experience in a Marketing or Communications role; or seven years of equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in internal communications within a manufacturing context.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all organizational levels to drive consensus.
  • Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and programs.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for corporate communications.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
