- Provide strategic guidance in communications, including the development of communication plans, key messaging, and facilitation of internal events to achieve desired outcomes.
- Establish a cohesive internal communications framework to disseminate information and raise awareness of key company priorities and initiatives across all levels.
- Encourage interactive communication channels to foster dialogue between employees and leadership, while leading efforts to measure communication effectiveness.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline, coupled with five years of relevant experience in a Marketing or Communications role; or seven years of equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in internal communications within a manufacturing context.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all organizational levels to drive consensus.
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and programs.
- Strong writing and editing skills for corporate communications.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
