  • Skills: Effective written and oral communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: 5+ years of management experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Xactimate estimating software.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 DOE plus Commission & Bonuses.
