Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized patient care.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals, using effective communication methods.
  • Practice using current clinical practice standards and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Reg Nurse (Single State) licensure upon hire.
  • Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
