As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that every drink is crafted with precision and care.

The Ocean House Management is a luxury hospitality group that includes three unique properties: The Ocean House, The Weekapaug Inn, and The Watch Hill Inn. Our properties offer a range of luxurious accommodations, fine dining experiences, and world-class amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.
• Prepare and serve drinks with precision and care, using high-quality ingredients and following our signature recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the preparation and storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Engage with guests in a pleasant and comfortable manner, using your knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology to make recommendations and create personalized experiences.
• Work effectively with the Director of Restaurants, Lead Bartender, and other team members to ensure seamless service and maximum efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, even in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a five-star setting.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies.
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy under pressure.
• Uphold the Company standards, policies, and procedures.
