Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes. Your expertise in specialized care plans and innovative patient management will be vital in shaping exceptional patient experiences.

Department Overview:
Our Emergency Department features a 14-bed capacity with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Our multidisciplinary team includes RNs, CNAs, Paramedics, and Providers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere for delivering exceptional care. We handle a wide range of patient conditions, including abdominal pain and respiratory distress, and take pride in our chest pain accreditation.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or from a compact state.
Additional Requirements:
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year of hire
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
