Job Summary

As an Early Childhood Education Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in our Early Learning program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of daily lesson plans in collaboration with the Lead Teacher.
  • Engage with children in the classroom, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Prepare materials and resources for daily activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, arrival, and departure times, as well as supervise children during activities.
  • Participate in parent-teacher conferences and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Credential in Infant Toddler Care (CDA) or Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Three to six months of childcare experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to interact with diverse populations, ages, and lifestyles.
  • Working knowledge of computers and experience with software applications.
