Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $35,400, based on an hourly wage of $17.00 and a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Ramp & Customer Service Agent. This role involves working outdoors in all types of weather conditions while performing below-wing functions, including transporting baggage and cargo, loading and offloading luggage and cargo, aircraft marshaling, pushing back the aircraft, and deicing. You will also be responsible for assisting guests with travel needs, processing and securing guest luggage, and maintaining good communication skills to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, possess a valid unexpired driver's license, and have the ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system. Additionally, you should be physically fit to consistently lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and perform basic mathematics. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a minimum age of 18 is necessary. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of customer service or community service experience.
