At Town Hall, we're committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience that makes our guests feel like part of our family. As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in our culinary teams, responsible for providing fresh, flavorful, and consistent dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using whole ingredients and from-scratch preparation techniques.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics as trained.
- Work in a clean, safe, and organized manner, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with kitchen organization, refrigeration, and storage areas.
- Physically able to perform all duties, including lifting 50 lbs. and spending most of the day on your feet.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, casual/upscale restaurant.
- Passion for creating and producing excellent food.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of from-scratch food preparation techniques.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work with recipes, weighing, and measurement conversions.
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a team-player approach.
