Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Handling Equipment Operator: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move products within the warehouse.
  • Warehouse Porter: Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility, adhering to safety procedures.
  • Warehouse Replenishment: Operate material handling equipment to pick and move products within the warehouse.
  • Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: Confirm accuracy of product, address discrepancies and damages, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Warehouse Returns: Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse, match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips, and check in returned product.
  • Shipping: Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets, load trucks manually, and maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Requirements:

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
    • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
    • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
    • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
    • Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
    • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
    • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
    • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker helpful.
