Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Service Oracle Cloud FIN Functional Lead and Strategist to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As a key member of our Oracle practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing functional leadership and expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (FIN) solutions specifically tailored for public service organizations.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud FIN implementation projects for public service clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their financial processes using Oracle Cloud FIN modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle Cloud FIN to meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams in utilizing Oracle Cloud FIN effectively.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud FIN functionality, staying updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the Oracle Cloud FIN domain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud FIN implementation projects, with a focus on public service organizations.
  • Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
  • Minimum of 1 certification in Oracle Cloud FIN (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Specialist) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Compensation:

$86,500 to $179,700 per annum, depending on location and experience.

This role requires travel, and you should be prepared to spend up to 100% of your time on the road, depending on business need and client requirements.
