About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Foundry Technician to join our team at FLSmidth & Co. A/S. As a Foundry Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting with foundry processes, including melting metal, pouring metal into molds, and removing castings from molds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in foundry processes, including melting metal, pouring metal into molds, and removing castings from molds
  • Dress castings and perform other related tasks
  • Work in a team environment to achieve production goals
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience with power tools and fork truck operation preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
