We are recruiting for an experienced Foundry Manager for a leading provider of precision components and machining solutions to oversee foundry operations, to ensure peak productively, quality, and safety and continuing process improvements.


Salary for this role is $120-130K with a full benefits package.


Specifically, this position will:

  • Guide a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, setting clear goals and expectations in alignment with company objectives, while fostering open communication and teamwork
  • Oversee operations, including melting, molding, pouring, and finishing processes.
  • Ensure efficient production schedules are in place, optimizing operations and equipment reliability, ensuring production goals are met or exceeded
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place to ensure high-quality castings.
  • Champion safety practices
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including people, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal production can be achieved
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and implement process optimization to improve operational profitability.


Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in foundry operations with exposure to foundry processes, including melting, molding, core making, and casting.
  • 2+ years managerial experience in a foundry
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives leading to achieving operational excellence.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations with a safety first mindset.
