Responsibilities:


The Senior IT Product Administrator is responsible for supporting tactical activities related to the coordination, communication, and development of products that align with business objectives.

This role involves participating in technical analysis, design, and requirements gathering meetings to define product goals, requirements, features, and success metrics to achieve business objectives.

The Senior IT Product Administrator also plays a key role in executing product strategy and conducting competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

Required:
Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must be dedicated to integrating security into all decisions and daily responsibilities.

3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Administrator (or a similar support specialist role).

Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Exchange.

Proven experience in assessing and responding to user requests for product or service support; identifying, recommending, presenting possible solutions, and communicating request statuses.

Experience in escalating complex issues as necessary; adhering to established escalation procedures.

Experience in logging, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on requests from end users.

Required to resolve inquiries related to the functional or workflow operation of end-user products.

Experience in providing subject matter expertise and best practices for problem resolution and product operation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ability to apply basic knowledge of professional concepts and company objectives to creatively and effectively resolve simple to moderately complex issues.

Experience in preparing and delivering informal presentations to small teams.

Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for internal support and/or training.

Assist with task automation and process improvements as directed.

Must possess the ability to maintain established service level agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards.

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Ability to perform application administrative functions, including implementing and/or managing end users' requests.

Ability to create and deliver formal presentations to large groups outside the team and/or department.

Experience in handling large, moderately complex assignments.
