Position Overview:
WeConnect Global is seeking a dedicated full-time Hughes Support Specialist to join our team during the night shift.

This role involves overseeing and finalizing Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders while ensuring the accuracy of the work performed.

The individual in this role will receive cross-training to provide assistance with logistics and system support as required.
Remote Work: Telecommuting options are available following the completion of the training period at the designated office location. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage orders within the system.
  • Assist technicians in closing out orders.
  • Handle internal escalations to guarantee order acceptance and processing.
  • Perform data entry to update information.
  • Generate reports and maintain trackers as necessary.
  • Support logistics and system-related inquiries.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound communications from both internal and external clients.

In-person training will be conducted at the office, followed by a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
