Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Operations Client Support Intern to join our team at American Foods Group. As an intern, you will assist the Infrastructure Operations team with various processes to configure end-user devices and maintain the associated underlying infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming tickets, calls, and issues to provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Support technology as per written designs in line with AFG, departmental, and industry standards.
  • Accurately track, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices, including tablets, phones, R/F Scanners, PCs/Laptops, and other devices.
  • Follow project, testing, and implementation plans and project timelines.
  • Work on defined projects or assist on larger task lists on projects.
  • Participate in testing of new technologies or processes and provide feedback.
  • Create documentation as needed for any new or changed project or technology.
  • Participate in Infrastructure team activities, such as stand-up meetings and D/R testing.
Qualifications
  • Must have completed your Junior year at a credited College or University.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Have the desire and ability to work well both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Be willing to engage others through strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Be an inquisitive individual with a desire to gain knowledge through experience.
  • Ability to perform all duties required in both office and manufacturing environments wearing proper PPE.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from the working location.
