A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a primary care setting. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, and may require floating to other nearby locations and working rotating weekends and some major and minor holidays.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience, and help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.
- Licensed LPN with previous experience administering immunizations and injections and providing evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Ability to take vital signs, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room, and previous experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record.
