Fairview Health Services is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatric Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Apple Valley. Our busy practice has been serving the community for over 20 years, providing high-quality patient care with a multidisciplinary team approach.
Practice Details:
Our 10-provider primary care practice features more than 5 specialists onsite, with patient encounters averaging 18-22 patients per day. We offer 34 patient contact hours per week, with a low-intensity call schedule of 1:10, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Openings:
We have a 1.0 FTE (Full Time) opening with a flexible schedule. As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care, with a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:
We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatric Physician with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. You must be licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice licensure and have the ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
